Vivekanand Education Society was formed in central suburbs of Mumbai.  The society was started in the era of 1960’s with an aim of spreading education has now grown up in a large education hub. Progress of VES is amazing & the quality of education & principles imbibed by various schools & colleges helped to develop better citizens of this country.

Vivekanand Education Society’s college of pharmacy is a recent introduction in various colleges/ schools run by VES. The college is built up with good amenities & the facilities provided to the students are up to the mark. Laboratories are good & the teaching as well as non-teaching staff is supportive. The teaching staff is adequate with good subject knowledge & relevant teaching experience.

Discipline is maintained in the college which should be an integral part of everyone’s life. The teacher-student interactions & relations are helping out the students to excel in their studies. These could be some reasons why VES College of Pharmacy’s students had achieved great success in University examinations.

We are sure that the college will provide great pharmacists & good citizens to the country.

First of all, I would like to congratulate Vivekanand Education Society for the completion of 50 Golden Years.

Since, my own college days, I have known VES as reputed educational institute. The name VES commands a certain respect in the field of academics for the last 50 years. Being a trusted institute, the students passed out from these colleges also earn the same respect in the outside world. Various institutes in vide variety of fields are managed efficiently under this name. The society, true to Swami Vivekananda’s name, follows its rightful principles.

Though, I was not a student of this institute, I feel proud that my daughter has been admitted to VES College of Pharmacy. When I attired the first parent-teachers meeting, I felt a certain level of comfort with the faculty. Students must be feeling the same comfort which is important for a healthy educational life.

My daughter is currently in the second year. From her experiences that she recounts, in curricular as well as extra-curricular activities, I can say that the college ensures all round development of a student.

In spite of VES College of Pharmacy being relatively new, the fact that their very first batch gives a University topper speaks volumes about the standard of this college. I am happy that my daughter is in the right places & I wish them a bright future.

I felt nice when my daughter Siddhee got admission in VES College of Pharmacy. I was aware that your institution is founded by well-known social worker and latter Minister of Urban development Late Mr. Hashu Advani. He was famous for his studious speeches in Assembly and selfless efforts for upliftment of society. Your Pharmacy College is one of the reputed colleges in your field.

I am strong believer of the fact that without discipline one cannot come up in life. Fortunately our views are matching. You have accorded top most priority for student’s attendance. You are prompt enough to involve parents if the ward is defaulting. Overall good efforts are taken by your Teaching and non-teaching staff to make your students understand the topic; be in classroom or in laboratory. I liked your idea of conducting Teachers-Parent meet on regular basis. I was happy to attend such meeting.

Principal Madam had given excellent overview of the various activities being conducted in your college. The discussions were free and transparent. I could realize her urge for overall improvement of the student in both academic as well as no academic areas. Hashu Advaniji’s philosophy was to build strong India and it is possible only with well mannered; well-trained youths. Your entire staff is offering best services to fulfill the dreams of Hashu Advaniji. Your college is having well equipped laboratories as per the need of subject. There is good library for referring specialized books. Really too good. The atmosphere in and around your college makes students dream to excel in studies. Your institution is completing 50 years. As a parent I feel proud to be associated with your esteemed institution. Your management is always proactive and making available new facilities to students.

I pray god that such good efforts get proper recognition from national and international Arena. Let your students attend dizzy heights which will make all of us proud.

In all these years of my connection with your esteemed educational institute, Vivekanand Education Society’s College of Pharmacy (VESCOP) has developed to be one of the excellent educational institutions in Mumbai. 

All your staff, both teaching and non-teaching personnel, under the able leadership of your Principal, are both cordial and very supportive to the students of your college, through various educational and cultural tours and programmes;  conducted from time to time in your campus. This has resulted in your students apparently enjoying not only academic but also social and cultural life, as well.

Further, the counseling from your staff, from time to time have been a source of encouragement and very useful to the students in not only improving their performance in their course but also pursuing their career’s goals.

Hoping for a development of   this trend through improvements and innovations; I wish your educational institution a very bright future and become one of the best faculties in India.

I am proud to have my daughter studying in a college distinguished for actually implementing such pedantic ideologies of Swami Vivekananda. VESCOP ensures that we parents are constantly and actively involved in the activities and progress of our children by conducting various interactive sessions. It has helped me in bridging the gap with my daughter, turning me into her friend thus guiding her in all her ups and downs of her life. Culture of VES of imparting knowledge and wisdom, conferring quality education, nurturing the morale of the student furnishes them to become a well-equipped individual ready to face any boulder of difficulties eventually climbing the ladder of success. This is the main reason why I was enthused and lusted for admitting my daughter into VES institute. These days none of the colleges are so neck-deep involved in building temple mind of virtues and wisdom. But it’s only VES that molds out robust enduring pots from the supple clay. Once my daughter quoted one of her teacher’s saying,

“One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but making the darkness conscious.”

It made me ponder over my cup of thoughts that my child is no more a child, she’s a matured adult ready for facing challenges thrown by life and I thank VES for that.

We are delighted to be having this opportunity to talk about our journey with our daughter through the four years at VESCOP. Education for my daughter at VESCOP meant learning at a school that can lead her into the world of Pharmacy, which happened to be her career interest. VESCOP then was nascent yet enthusiastic, a combination rare.

Our association with the faculty, staff, administrative & other non-teaching staff has strengthened over time with the VES since even our son did his schooling at VES School, Sindhi Society. VESCOP as an institution is an eager entity, always willing to listen to the students, the parents and allied members it associates with. By enrolling her at VESCOP, we hoped that she gets an overall edification catalyzed such that receives complete development at the curricular and extra-curricular front. Our hopes turned reality when her batch performed well at University examinations semester besides excelling in the city and National level competitions.

Under the able guidance of Dr. Supriya Shidhaye lead team of faculty, we watched our daughter; her friends and juniors learn, channelize their energies, manage their time and meet their goals. As happy parents, we wish VESCOP progress, prosperity and a promising future.

I, Jyoti Dantas, Mother of Anastacia Dantas.

I am happy about my daughter's progress academically and also her involvement in the co-curricular activities for this year. Her participation as well as the feedback that I received from the teachers about her performance is good. She should have a regular revision of her studies which is needed as the syllabus is vast. Her attendance is above 90% which is more than needed. I am satisfied with her overall performance.

The faculty of this institution is very committed and impart quality education. They have inculcated a research aptitude. Not only the theory but also the effective application of the concept is taught.

Many new experiments are taught to them other than the syllabus thing which I appreciate and can say my ward knows and learns something more than the general required studies.

Moreover the institution regularly maintains the attendance record and we come to know the percentage of attendance of our ward. Parent teacher meet is been conducted for good amount of times in a year which is one of the best feature of VESCOP since we come to know about our ward’s progress and can interact with the faculty members of the college .

The institution has a very good discipline. The laboratories are also well equipped and the non-teaching staff is also very humble and co-operative.
