A few
words are not enough to describe my sentiments for VESCOP, though I’ll give it
my best shot. As part of the very first batch, I was there for the growing
pains; to see it flourish from a tiny sapling to a huge, evergreen tree.
Even
as we stepped into a brand new college five years ago, we were provided with
every basic facility that is desired in an institution at this level and the
infrastructure was only improved as the years went by. We got the opportunity
to work with some very high quality equipment and in labs that were as good as
any, and better than most.
All
these amenities would be of use without the guidance and support of our
excellent faculty and staff. We had some of the best teachers possible, whether
we needed a question answered, or even some advice when in a rough spot. All
the rest of the staff, in the offices as well as the labs, made our 4 years in
VES a dream, thanks to their kind and friendly manner. The whole faculty and
staff were wonderful at the time of my university applications and I would not
be here today without their co-operation.
Finally,
I just cannot write about VESCOP without saying something about our beloved
Principal Ma’am, Dr. (Mrs.) Supriya
Shidhaye. She has been one of the key reasons for bringing VESCOP to the
point at which it is today. She has literally been the rock of VES, a pillar
without whose support VESCOP would not be standing as tall as it is right now.
My journey with VESCOP was enriched manifold by your presence, Ma’am!
VESCOP
has excelled in both academics as well as extracurricular and co-curricular
fields because of the right combination of infrastructure, faculty and staff
and I’m sure will continue to do so for the years to come. I’d like to end by
wishing VESCOP loads more success and all the very best for future endeavours.
